The Role
We're looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team and help us drive revenue growth and customer retention across our SMB client portfolio. You’ll work closely with the support, success, sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure our customers are happy, successful, and expanding their footprint with Cryptio.

The Team
You’ll join the Account Management team, led by Peter, which focuses on nurturing relationships with existing clients; retaining revenue, growing accounts, and delivering customer delight.
Your closest collaborators:
Support Team: Own first-line customer help requests and troubleshooting.
ESC (Enterprise Success Consultants): Own implementation, technical delivery, and ongoing customer success from a product usage perspective.
Account Managers: Orchestrate relationships, protect existing revenue. spot growth opportunities, and steer strategic conversations.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Tier 2/3 SMB and legacy accounts post-sale
Own the renewal process and protect existing revenue
Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and strategic support
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, ESCs, Marketing) to deliver value and resolve issues
Track account health, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to process improvements
