Job Responsibilities Be the central point of expertise for, and advocate of all risk types including managing infosec risk, reputational risk, financial risk, compliance risk and operational risk. Be responsible for the development of a cohesive Risk Management Approach, Strategy, Deployment ; Maintenance plan leveraging industry Òbest practiceÓ for deployment across a wide portfolio of systems and services. Be responsible for the adherence of all operations and change to a standard enterprise risk framework processes and controls, managing and mitigating risk and ensuring service stability and reliability. Support the smooth ongoing operation and support of a portfolio of complex solutions and their successful deployment to user communities. Develop trusted relationships with senior business partners to gain an in-depth understanding of key business processes, products and services, and influences others to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met Design and build up risk register, enterprise risk management dashboards for periodic monitoring Set up and annually revise all risk appetites, risk thresholds. Job Requirement Degree or above in a risk management or relevant discipline, with professional qualification such as CFA and FRM an added advantage. Exceptional experience in customer facing roles Extensive experience with modern technology understanding including SQL database, cloud service, virtual networks/systems, understanding of API request / json files. Familiarity with Github, Confluence and Jira Proficiency in Python is nice to have but not a must. Knowledge in any other programming language is a plus Strong analytical skills and being a problem solver. Ability to work under their own initiative, in support of a strategic end goal. Basic understanding of exchange, clearing, settlement, liquidity and stress test, margin. Regulatory knowledge (PFMI, EMIR, CFTC, MAS, etc.) would be desirable. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Think critically and strive for continuous improvement, build up confident discussion and the ability to provide persuasive challenges on risk management as well as daily monitoring.
