Web3 Fractional Chief Marketing Officer/Marketer | ARIA

Aria helps developers build and run AI agents. Developers can access multiple models through a single OpenAI-compatible API, deploy a managed Hermes agent, or give their agents their own Linux desktop. Explore Aria and discover new ways to build, deploy, and scale AI agents.

We’re looking for a Fractional CMO to represent Aria on interviews, drive developer growth, and strengthen our presence in the AI developer community. You’ll be the voice of Aria in conversations about the future of AI agents, while helping shape our marketing strategy and identify the audiences and channels that will drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Aria on podcasts and in developer communities. Identify and pitch relevant podcast hosts, participate in interviews as Aria’s spokesperson, and lead live demos and AMAs. Share practical insights and firsthand experience with AI agents. For example, demonstrate how an agent can use its own Linux desktop and explain the possibilities this unlocks.
• Build and execute a developer growth strategy. Engage with developers and founders building AI agents to understand their needs, identify high-potential audiences, and determine how Aria can serve them. Develop a focused growth plan, allocate marketing budgets, and define measurable goals for acquiring and retaining users.
• Create engaging tutorial videos. Plan, produce, and present practical tutorial videos showcasing Aria’s features and real-world use cases. Walk developers through setting up, deploying, and running AI agents using Aria. Turn complex technical concepts into easy-to-follow content that helps developers get started, complete their first deployment, and discover more ways to use the platform. Track video engagement, audience growth, and conversions to guide future content.
