Full-Stack Blockchain Developer DevOps

Location: Zug, Switzerland (On-site, full-time 80-100%, permanent)


BlockEstateDAO is a regulated infrastructure to structure real-world assets (RWA) inside the new digital financial system. We deliver process, sound blockchain technology, and real assets backing tokenized flows. 

Role Summary:
We are hiring a full-stack developer to build the user-facing, back-end, and interfaces that support the BlockEstateDAO token ecosystem, including investor portals, staking interfaces, and legal dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development and Testing: Develop smart contracts and responsive web interfaces. Ensure high platform reliability, scalability, and security, testing.
• Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with Ethereum protocol, integrate frontend with blockchain contracts and back-end APIs.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure secure deployment by performing vulnerability assessments and implementing best practices for securing digital assets and data.
• Operations: Monitor platform health and performance, identify, manage, and resolve incidents and ensure uptime and optimal operation. Website Administration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance and legal teams for reporting, and with the marketing team for seamless design implementation.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Provide clear technical documentation and implement best practices in UI/UX, performance, and security.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in full-stack blockchain development with Solidity, Ethereum, Token standards (ERC-20/3643), Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Web3.js or Ethers.js, 

API integrations

• Experience of user-centric design principles
• Bonus: experience with KYC/AML flows, Fintech, and Web3 UI patterns
• Master Degree in Computer Science
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Must work from the Zug, Switzerland office,
