About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Development Leader to join our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Talent Development frameworks and programs that align with the company's objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of our most precious assets, "our existing and potential talents".
This is an exciting opportunity to build up a talent development capability from the ground up. The outcome of your programs will help OKX scale globally, develop future talent, and result in an engaged and thriving workforce as we continue our mission of empowering business globally. To be successful in this role, you must understand industry trends and business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
What You'll be doing:
- Talent Identification: Utilizing various assessments and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees.
- Succession Planning: Building succession planning strategy and framework. Preparing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Career Pathing: Outlining potential career trajectories within the organization and providing the tools and opportunities for growth.
- Engagement and Retention: Strategies to keep high-performing talent engaged and committed to the organization, often through targeted development programs, mentorship, and rotational assignments.
- Onboarding: Programs designed to acclimatize new employees to the company’s tech stack, culture, and workflow processes.
- Professional Development: Courses and workshops on soft skills such as leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Continuous Learning: Ongoing training initiatives to keep employees up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies specific to their jobs.
- Stakeholder Management: Building trust with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively with employees at all levels, promoting the value of talent development initiatives and addressing any concerns or feedback.

What We Look For In You:

  • Strategic thinker
  • Framework builder
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level role focused on talent development, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering a variety of learning programs, including e-learning, classroom training, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present ideas effectively.

  • Global work experience
  • Certification in relevant areas such as instructional design, training facilitation, or coaching is desirable.

  • The salary range for this position is $193,000-$260,000.
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
