About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a core member of the Leadership Growth team, you will be responsible for building a leadership community for OKG, enabling organizational capability, and fostering culture, to provide full cycles of leadership support for the company’s business growth
- Identify and analyze leadership gaps, roll-out leadership framework and perform Leadership Development, and Succession Planning initiatives; Provide continuous improvement and optimization strategies according to the development stage of the teams and organizations
- Understand business and be able to conduct organizational diagnostics to
- Develop and implement an effective leadership development & management plan for current team leaders, functional heads, and department heads
- Act as a project manager to design and implement assessment frameworks and strategies, responsible for the development and application of assessment tools, monitor project progress, quality, and cost, etc
- Conduct lead and organization data analysis, provide valuable insight to the business in regards to our people & organization health index
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience working in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, preferably in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry
- Strong communication and people skills with a big heart
- Growth mindset, be flexible and objective, logical and integrity
- Able to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels
- Strong data mining, research, and analysis ability
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Previous experience in start-ups or organization consulting firms is a plus

The salary range for this position is $188,000.00 to $282,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
