Web3 Head of Enterprise Sales

Compensation: $36k - $90k estimated

Purpose

Coinme is seeking a passionate Head of Enterprise Sales who is excited to bring Coinme’s Embedded Crypto Finance solution to FIs, Fintechs, and Web3/crypto-natives companies. Our turnkey APIs enables our customers to crypto-enable their product, including crypto trading, custody, rewards, and more. You will be instrumental in scaling up our SaaS sales team and be responsible for achieving our vision of helping every company offer access to crypto to their end-customer.

You will build a phenomenal sales team by utilizing your broad network of professionals in fintech and crypto, mature and proven sales acumen, and experience hiring and developing world-class SaaS sales teams.

What will you do?

  • Hire, nurture, and performance-manage a team of world-class sales talent
  • Set and execute an aggressive B2B customer acquisition strategy
  • Align go-to-market teams to execute a sales plan and represent a clear, single vision to the marketplace
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets (Customer Lifetime Value, Annual and Monthly Recurring Revenues, Expansion Revenue and Annual Contract Value) in tandem with the company’s goals
  • Manage overall sales process and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Become a subject matter expert in Coinme’s Embedded Crypto Finance product
  • Embrace and participate in the evangelism around crypto and Web3
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Establish and maintain CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate data is readily available to all stakeholders of the Company
  • Lead and provide all sales relevant data to stakeholders

What do you have?

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS/enterprise software sales
  • 2+ years of sales management experience including hiring, developing, and retaining a sales team, ideally in a high-growth market segment
  • Extensive relationships with executive level decision makers at US-based financial services companies
  • Track record of successfully managing team sales pipelines and forecasting revenues to achieve organizational goals
  • Experience building sales infrastructure and operations in a high-growth environment (CRM systems rollout, lead gen programs, pipeline management, sales analytics, contract development)
  • Strong executive presence, with experience selling to C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on conciseness
  • A solid understanding of fintech and/or crypto/Web3 ecosystems
  • Up-to-date on embedded finance trends, especially in finance/fintech
  • Ability to embrace and navigate uncertainty in a fast pace start-up culture
