The Senior Product Manager position is a unique opportunity to impact some of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving, and market demand is sky-high for new financial products.  As the Senior Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to think big and influence the trajectory of Notabene's product roadmap. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the development team on defining the implementation details.  

What you'll be doing

• Drive product development by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, including product discovery, ideation, design, development, and market launch.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers by supporting them in their day-to-day. 
• Effectively communicate the product goals and strategy, create buy-in on product vision and alignment to help the team prioritize, scope, and develop new product features. Partner with the Design, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our product meets our customers’ needs. 
• Collaborate with the Engineering leadership to align on the product strategy and technical approach.
• Support the product team in defining and achieving ambitious goals and targets using metrics that capture product and business outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, product partners, and customers to drive product development and expansion.
• Work closely with the founding team to understand the company’s business objectives and translate them into product strategy to set directions and goals for the product team.

What you'll bring

• 9+ years of product management and leadership experience, preferably in payments, crypto, and financial compliance.
• BA/BS required.
• B2B SaaS or Fintech product experience.
• Able to understand complex technological concepts. Technical background is a plus. 
• Able to think of high-level concepts and break them down complex ideas into simple projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excited about our mission. 
• High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fully distributed team.
