Web3 HR Business Partner

We are looking for experienced and strategic HR Business Partner. This role would include working with and supporting both local and remote teams across the world.  As a HRBP you will need to have a strong grasp on fundamental HR service partnership and experience supporting innovative people solutions in a rapid growth environment. You will help to drive company strategic initiatives and will also contribute to core HR strategies including Centre of Excellence (CoE), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), talent acquisition, management, and evaluation, culture and improving processes. 

Responsibilities:  - Partner with People team & Leadership on optimized org design, planning, and execution at scale - Collaborate with business leaders and provide advice and solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals. - Create strategic expertise relating to Organizational Development, global C&B, Performance and TD for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function. - Implement and contribute to Global HR strategic initiatives and improve processes. - Work with relevant stakeholders to build creative people programs and strategies that enhance our culture - including performance management, compensation, talent development & feedback, employee engagement & retention, and internal communications - Utilize data to analyze people problems and implement solutions - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. 

Qualifications:  - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills  - Expertise in people/HR policies & procedures - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business - Strong and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem solving mindset. - Ability to work in a fast moving environment of a rapidly growing company - Ability to remain calm and inspire progress, even in tense situations - Deep understanding of relevant employment laws - Experience in data analytics - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid, ever-changing priorities - Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
