Web3 HR Manager

You will be partnering closely with internal stakeholders, your role is essential to level up the team and support the local employees, managers and leaders in creating the best employee experience possible!

What you will be doing

• Lead and bring together our cross-functional people team in the hubs across Russia (HR, work experience)
• Establish and maintain partnerships with training companies, coaches and consulting firms globally
• Oversee the compensation and benefits practices of the team in Russia
• Manage the competency model and performance management system, to grow our talent to be the best of the industry.
• Develop and spearhead company culture initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Experience in startup environment or hyper-growth environment
• Ability to work closely across offices on global initiatives
• Experience in employer branding initiatives
• Experience working closely with leadership team, coaching on employee questions
• Strategic mindset and ability to build strategic partnerships
• Good verbal and written English
