Arkana Capital is hiring a

Sales and Investor Engagement Associate for Crypto Hedge Fund

The individual will be responsible for all activities currently and those required in the future to grow the AUMs of the fund, bring in investors and manage investor relationships and deepen the share of wallet from them.

The individual will define the target market, set the sales strategy and execute on it.

The individual will manage the investor lifecycle from sales to subscription to redemption. The individual will prepare the necessary sales material and will work towards structuring the capital allocation.

The individual will build the investor narrative for sales to grow fund credibility and work with the marketing team to grow fund visibility.

The key accountabilities below are a subset of all activities, goals and responses expected of the individual and that will be required to meet the overall goals of the fund. As such, the role will continue to evolve as the fund grows and new investment strategies are introduced.

Key Accountabilities

• Build out and execute on the sales strategy
• Identify key client sets and build out the target market
• Build a sales pipeline
• Achieve target no. of new clients
• Achieve AUM target of the fund
• Be the key account manager for key investor relationships and grow share of wallet
• Manage investor experience
• Feed client feedback into the Community engagement team to allow them to build out investor specific thought leadership content
• Ensure that all sales activity is in line with the rules and regulations and compliant with internal and market policies

Required Skills

• Knowledge of blockchain and DeFi Prior experience in Sales Experience in raising capital for funds is highly desirable
• Existing Relationships with capital allocators
• Strong Presentation skills
• Effective communicator
• Ability to manage senior investor relationships
• Attention to detail and organized
