We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our remote-friendly team and take ownership of our recruitment process, helping us attract top talent globally.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building to candidate screening and interview coordination. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will also oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and freelance recruiters to maximize our hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for our team.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and freelance recruiters.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and advise on best hiring strategies.
• Maintain an always-hiring mindset, ensuring a strong employer brand and proactive talent engagement.
• Draft, present, and negotiate offers in collaboration with Hiring Managers and executive team.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a TA Specialist, TA Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers).
• Experience working remotely and in startup environments.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic work environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Gaming space (Unity ideally)

Its responsibilities include managing Decentraland’s brand and events, safeguarding the community from misinformation and scams, maintaining smart contract security, contributing to the platform's codebase, and proposing critical updates in coordination with the DAO. As a neutral actor in service of the ecosystem, the Foundation works to foster innovation and empower creators, developers, and communities within Decentraland.

For this position our preferred location is Argentina due to time zone and operational needs.
