Responsibilities
- Oversee IT Service Desk Team to ensure smooth operation and quality service to other business units and end users
- Responsible for resource and time management of the IT Service Desk Team
- Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues
- Work with business users and ensure customer satisfactions on matters related to general office IT and IT service request fulfillment
- Stock management of IT assets and maintain adequate stock for asset request fulfillment
- Maintain and develop SOP related to the Global IT Service Desk operations, including general corporate-wide support workflow, Service Desk support SLA, onboarding & offboard operations, ticket/issue escalation and forwarding guidelines, asset lifecycle management workflow, etc
- Take ownership of IT Service Desk Operations and seek opportunities for process improvement
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in managing a team of support engineers to provide end-user IT support service in a fast-paced MNC environment, preferably in FSI industry
- Strong experience in people management and team time management
- Familiar with ITIL or relevant service management framework
- Familiar with end user systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft AD, Slack, Jira Service Management, MDM, video conferencing, etc
- Basic knowledge in networking technologies
- Good communications skills in both written and spoken in English
- Holders of CISM, CISSP or relevant certifications is a plus
