Web3 NFT Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager & Growth Hacker to join our marketing team. If you are a self-driven and ambitious growth hacker, we would love to meet you. We are expecting you to be experienced in viral marketing. Previous experience in crypto (particularly NFT) is strongly preferred. Some exposure to art and/or collectibles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
• Provide engaging content for all social media and professional accounts.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
• Stay up-to-date with crypto technology trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role. Previous experience in crypto strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
• Experienced in online marketing, growth hacking, and viral marketing.
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, ability to interpret website traffic.
