Summary:

As our Community Manager you will develop, grow and scale our NFT community. We are looking for a team member who will implement & optimize a plan to drive awareness & affinity for our NFT collection across various channels. You will create and share content to drive community interest and member acquisition. You enjoy writing and have a creative and bold approach to community growth.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Growing & moderating a community that is exciting, inclusive, fun, safe & engaging.
• Developing & managing the community across various NFT marketplaces.
• Managing correspondence with our artist partners through email, Discord & other tools.
• Communicate with fans, influencers and other partners to increase our network
• Manage inbound communication from the community to address any issues
• Measuring and reporting performance campaigns across channels using analytics tools.
• Conducting educational webinars as needed and creating content that can breakdown technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

What You Bring:

• Experience building & managing online communities in the blockchain/crypto/NFT space
• Experience planning and hosting successful both, in-person & remote events/meetups
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen
• The ability to reduce complex topics into digestible messages that can engage & inspire
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
