Web3 OTC Sales

Responsibilities

• 1、Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts
• 2、Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• 3、Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc)
• Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.
• 4、Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
• 5、Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.
• 6、Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• 1、Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably
• 2、A strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.
• 3、Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
• 4、Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
• 5、Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• 6、Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
• 7、Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 8、Ability to speak the local language. Fluency in English is required.
