Product Analyst (Crystal Blockchain)

We are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our Crystal team: https://crystalblockchain.com/

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Leverage data to understand the product and identify opportunities for further product improvements.
• Design product usage map and monitor product performance.
• Conduct customer analysis to understand the segmentation, behavior, and more.
• Produce reports on findings to help stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• Perform market research and structure customer feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in data and/or product analyst role in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and product analytics software.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with doing large-scale data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with R programming language.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
• Passion for blockchain technologies.
• Experience in regtech industry.
