We build tools that make it easier than ever for gamers to create a digital identity, make their gameplay more social, and stay connected beyond the bounds of any one game.

The Product team uses creative, analytical, and operational excellence to steer our product vision and strategy. Our team of product managers, designers, and data scientists work together in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that bring our community together in new and special ways.

We are looking for a Product Manager for Mushroom’s reward systems and peer-to-peer economy. You will play a key role in designing a balanced and liquid economy, ensuring that users are excited by and regularly engage with well-targeted content, and maximizing monetization potential.

What you’ll do: Drive the product vision and strategy for maximizing user engagement in Mushroom’s economy Build an economy that is balanced, with well-managed sinks and sources, and with sufficient liquidity to deliver a satisfying experience to users Ensure that users are excited by and regularly engage with the Mushroom economy, and that the economy features content for everyone, well-targeted to each user Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver high impact features and improvements

What you’ll have: Product management experience in the social, gaming, or web3 space Deep passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming ecosystem Strong understanding of the principles of market design and game economies, and/or experience managing an MMO/game economy/web3 project/NFT trading Ability to easily interface with Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams Strong entrepreneurial nature and drive Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
