Who are we looking for? 🔍
We're seeking a self-driven, strategic Product Marketing Manager to elevate our institutional product offerings in the blockchain space. You'll develop compelling market positioning, drive go-to-market initiatives, and strengthen relationships with our B2B partners—wallets, custodians, and exchanges.
While you'll have support from our full marketing team and the head of marketing, you should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from concept to hands-on execution when needed. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and institutional client needs, translating complex blockchain infrastructure into clear value propositions that resonate with financial decision-makers.
The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments while aligning marketing efforts with product goals to build a strong presence in the institutional blockchain ecosystem. Your B2B marketing expertise will be crucial as we expand our institutional footprint and deepen relationships with financial service providers.

Develop compelling narratives around our product value and publish exceptional content for our institutional portfolio.
Work with our Head of Marketing to create and execute a full-funnel strategy for Web3 intermediaries, guiding them from education to advocacy.
Identify target customer personas and tailor marketing campaigns to their specific needs while setting ambitious goals aligned with P2P's vision.
Craft messaging, positioning, and branding strategies that resonate with institutional clients and crypto-native audiences.
Plan and oversee new feature launches while highlighting P2P's unique value proposition.
Maintain awareness of competitive landscapes and emerging Web3 trends, using on-chain analytics and industry developments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Take ownership of marketing-generated lead, opportunity, and revenue goals for your vertical.
Build strategic relationships with Web3 communities, blockchain projects, and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that expand P2P's reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and business units, to amplify our brand and drive demand among institutional clients.
You have 🤓
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing within a B2B tech environment.
Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, and blockchain is a must.
Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive approach to executing tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to retrieve insights from metrics and analytics.
Collaborative spirit, with a knack for fostering alignment across diverse teams.
