As the Developer Intelligence - Project Manager, your primary role will be to collect and contextualize developer feedback. You will engage with the customers directly and also collect information from various customer facing teams within Polygon. You will analyze this information and provide insights to the product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year/s of experience in web3/ Blockchain
- Ability to collect information from various sources and contextualize it
- Conduct surveys to collect product feedback from developers
- Summarize information and provide succinct updates
- Able to Independently work across multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical content writing experience
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, product marketing
