Recruiting Program Manager

We are looking for a Recruiting Program manager to be an integral part of the Parity Talent Acquisition team.

In this role you will be responsible for the operations and implementation of recruiting processes, tools, compliance and innovation programs for giving candidates the best experience.

You will manage vendor relationships for recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Calendly, and future tools like Sourcewhale or any other tools that will help our talent acquisition team focus on getting the best candidates for Parity

You will partner with the People Operation team analysing workflows to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Recruiting Operations project manager to document recruiting processes
  • Own and manage the process for new role requests working closely with finance and looking for ways to automate processes
  • Partner with People Ops ensure compliance related to hiring contractors in countries where there are restrictions, visa granting best practices, and other miscellaneous future requirements.
  • Managing all recruiting tools maintenance and working with internal tools team to automate offer process
  • Manage recruiting tool integrations including training materials such as documentation and workshops
  • Research and identify best practices related to recruiting operational tools and processes
  • Researching trainings for the team to develop their career
  • Plan and train on new process implementation for both Recruiting and Recruiting Operations
  • Be the onboarding buddy for new and existing recruiters

Skills and Experience

  • You have successfully created and executed recruiting programs from scratch, and are passionate about scaling our programs through program and project management excellence and PM techniques
  • You will become an expert and use your current knowledge of functional and regional recruiting nuances to ensure recruiting programs are customized to meet the needs of all of Paritys teams
  • You dive deep on requirements through understanding business needs and create detailed scoping / requirement documentation.
  • You show the ability to take an idea and turn it into a program.
  • You are intensely recruiter and business needs focused with a commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seeking new and creative programs.
  • You possess strong time-management skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to multitask and maintain focus.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous events/tasks/projects across various client groups with changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Track-record designing and structuring programs and developing and analysing success metrics.
  • Knowledge and effective usage of project management methodologies, processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse and HR systems such as Bamboo HR
  • If you don't have formal qualifications in program management we will be looking for this person to learn industry standards and apply them in the role
  • Ability to create roadmaps
