For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Interactive Brokers.  Growth is the team at Paxos which builds and manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic clients.  About the Role The focus of this role is to build a business around a new offering we're taking to market with payments companies. We see a huge opportunity to integrate stablecoin technology into merchant acceptance, payout and settlement flows and the market is really starting to take off. You'll be working hand-in-hand with a cross functional team across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to take the product from concept > launch > scale. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal & Finance to build new product solutions and take them to market Build a go-to-market plan alongside cross functional partners to set the direction, goals, timelines and milestones for the product build Collaborate with Legal (Commercial & Regulatory) in order to understand how Paxos can enter the market from a regulatory perspective and then work with Commercial counsel to draft contracts in order to execute partnerships Work hand-in-hand with Paxos leadership and relevant stakeholders to ensure we are executing the right strategy and leveraging our resources strategically  Source, negotiate and close partnerships with executives at some of the largest enterprises in the world to launch innovative new products across the fintech, payments and financial institution landscape. About you

Worked cross functionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets to launch new products from 0 to 1  Significant experience within Payments, Financial Services Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises  Experience building in regulated environments Experience building in a fast moving and dynamic industry
