What we are looking for
- Senior engineering operations experience (5+ years), with the ability to build credibility with senior EMs and PMs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose ambiguous questions, analyze data, and make recommendations
- Proven relationship-building experience, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations
- Executive presence and capability to work closely with C-suite executives
- Basic understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology is preferable
- Experience in a similar stage company (mid to late-stage startup) is preferable
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and proficiency in the latest technologies, including EVM vs. Non-EVM, deploying to Mainnet, etc. is a plus
- Knowledge of Solidity programming is a plus
