About the role

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be a key member of the Brand Marketing Team and will be responsible for bringing creative vision to life in the form of premium motion content that showcases our brand, partnerships and world class products. You'll be joining a team where we conceive, design, and lead the development of high-quality creative work that pushes the Crypto.com brand forward and elevates the crypto space. Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from anywhere in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• As an integral member of the brand marketing team, you will be concepting, visualizing, and collaborating frequently to contribute to bigger-picture objectives for the brand.
• From ideation to delivery, you will create a variety of original, captivating and story driven animated content for a wide range of media channels, such as social, TV, web, events, including collaboration with our partners such as UFC, F1, Aston Martin F1, 76ers, FNATIC to name only a few.
• You will explore, design and communicate creative ideas to team lead in the form of previsualized storyboards, proof of concept motion tests, video edits, and finalized assets.
• Explore, evolve and maintain a consistent brand image for all motion-based content.

• Communicate between various teams internally and vendors externally.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a motion designer or animator in a design, advertising, or in-house creative environment.
• A solid online portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Extensive experience in all things 3D using software such as Cinema 4D / Maya.
• Excellent experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and other motion design tools.
• Ability to deliver finalized assets using various video standards and compression formats.
• A technical, creative and curious mind, with great graphic design aesthetics and an eye for detail.
• The ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-growing start-up environment.
• A ‘creator’ who can take ownership of work they are assigned with a ‘get things done’ attitude.
• A genuine passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is preferred.
