About the Role
The Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, design, and our business partners to deliver a best in class whitelabel HELOC product.
The team is growing quickly and we are looking for someone excited about the prospect of using technology to help scale this vertical.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the vision and execution of the roadmap for our HELOC whitelabel product
- Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators with all stakeholders
- Synthesize and prioritize user needs and own the narrative of what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters
- Analyze the product workflow to predict and mitigate complex issues, and develop creative and practical, scalable solutions to streamline business efforts
- Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team
- Collaborate with the broader cross-functional team, including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations to bring your ideas to life
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our whitelabel product offering
- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iterate
- Iterate through product development, shipment, and maintenance by applying a deep knowledge of Figure’s business and customer requirements
What We Look For
- BS/BA preferred, with 5+ years of related experience as a Product Manager, Analyst, or Lending Operations
- Self-starter who is passionate about solving complex and meaningful problems
- Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution while understanding the strategic level impact of our work
- Excellent product judgements, with an ability to make wise and quick judgements based on complexity, stakeholders, and other constraints
- Experience within the lending business is a plus
- Data driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Proven success communicating cross functionally and building solid business relationships
- Ability to build and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
