Web3 Senior Product Manager, Interoperability

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to helm the cross-functional team responsible for engaging the vast developer community building on the open-source XRP Ledger

In this role, you’ll establish strong relationships with developers around the world in a scalable way by crafting amazing products to help developers build the Internet of Value (IOV).

Our team works with the largest developer audience possible. We are inspiring the creation of the future where money flows like data today, by leveraging the open-source XRP Ledger.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ship the right protocol features and developer products, at the right time, consistently
• Establish and drive key metrics to measure the success of our developer products
• Work in close collaboration with developer relations and marketing teams to produce content for RippleX developer audience
• Work in close collaboration with RippleX product engineering team to build the right products on time
• Identify strategic product opportunities to grow developer adoption

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven track record building + running internet scale products / platforms
• Ability to partner with executive leadership across engineering, product and marketing organizations
• Have8+ years experience as a product manager having successfully lead a cross-functional team, defined its mission and helped to achieve its goals
• Successfully recruited and retained great engineers to your team
• Passionate about developer tools, technologies, and content
• Comfort planning in quarters and halves, while also working with a team to set a vision that is multiple years out
• Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise
