Coinme is hiring a
Web3 Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote Optional)

Compensation: $36k - $63k estimated

Location: WA Seattle, Washington, United States

PURPOSE:

You will work with key stakeholders to identify Coinme’s needs and work towards creating and implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy that can scale during high growth. You will focus on attracting and retaining top talent and diverse candidates across all levels of an organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Head of People to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, sourcing passive candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview loops, negotiating and extending offers while ensuring a quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, personal networks and any means necessary
  • Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting
  • Provide a set of tools and techniques for filtering candidates to identify culture and skill fit
  • Subject matter expert on talent best practices including interviewing, hiring, and leveraging culture to attract candidates
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, emotional intelligence, experience, attitude and other key qualifiers
  • Help onboard new employees and ensure they blend into the culture and role
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team
  • Track key performance metrics and explore opportunities for improvement
  • Promote company’s reputation throughout the community
  • Research, recommend and help implement new talent acquisition support technologies
  • Conduct market research and determine salary benchmarks
  • Manage relationships with Recruiting Agencies / Vendors

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • At least 4 years of technical recruitment experience (either in-house or at an agency)
  • Hands on experience with every step of the recruiting process
  • Established network of talented candidates relevant to the organization’s future needs
  • Demonstrated ability building teams from 50 to 100+ team members
  • Ability to organize and conduct skills assessment
  • Success building exceptional teams and high-performing organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Visionary who understands the socially-motivated business opportunity and can effectively inspire candidates to join the team
  • Recruitment expertise to inform how Coinme can design, attract and scale great teams
  • Experience building technical teams and recruiting in highly competitive markets
  • Creative, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to help build the company

NOT REQUIRED, BUT NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Greenhouse, AngelList, and/or SeekOut
  • Fintech experience
  • Crypto experience professionally or personally
