What is Polygon?

What does the content team do?

At Polygon, the responsibility of our technical writers team is to ensure that both the documentation of our products and all other types of content is easy to read, accurate, well designed, up to date, and user friendly.

We are looking for a talented and experienced technical writer with a passion about blockchain technology, dApps, and Web 3.0. As a successful candidate, you are going to help other technical writers in creating new documentation and planning the general documentation structure for the Polygon network and later on for all other products. You will work with other technical writers and different teams to collect relevant information for a specific article and to help the content team in prioritizing tasks. You will be part of a team that aims to have outstanding documentation for our audience.

The Role

• Write and update technical documentation including user guides, developer tutorials, and API documentation • Write external content for diverse audiences • Collaborate with different teams to collect the necessary information that will help bring the whole documentation to a new level • Use new tools and technologies to write about them • Review and edit documents that were written by others • Manage complex documentation projects • Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code
