Web3 Social Media Specialist / Community Manager

Compensation: $56k - $65k

The goal of Brokkr is to reduce the barriers of entry to DeFi, and make its benefits easily accessible to everyone. In a nutshell, Brokkr aims to reduce the complexity of DeFi to a level where everyone can use it.

We are a team of 20+ professionals spread all over the world who work on a better decentralized future. We are looking for a marketing specialist who will join our Marketing Manager to uplift Brokkr’s brand, community, and user base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience with content management or community building
  • Experience from B2C or D2C industry
  • You know the basics of SEO & GA
  • Discord & Twitter native
  • Basic Knowledge of Blockchain and DeFi Concepts
  • Fluent in English - speaking & writing

WHAT IT WILL BE ABOUT
You will wear multiple marketing hats, but the main focus will be on content & social

  • Writing DeFi articles, posts, guides, etc.
  • Analyzing content and making sure we follow the best SEO practices
  • Co-creating events for our community - AMAs, Community calls, etc.
  • Engaging with our community with one goal - to make Brokkr one of the most loved DeFi projects and a synonym for DeFi investing
  • Proactively sharing insights into our community. You will be their voice inside the company

YOU ARE

  • Audience builder. You know how to bring people together and make them stick together.
  • Creative. You know what people want, you know how to do it, or you know where to outsource it
  • GYSHIDO (https://gyshido.com/) enthusiast. You need to have the self-discipline to work effectively remotely.
  • Good communicator. You will face a lot of questions, you will have to deal with them as a professional
