Web3 Solidity Engineer [Remote]

Compensation: $63k - $77k *

Location: CA San Francisco, California, United States

  • JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
  • LOCATION: Global Remote (TimeZone: EST| Partial overlap)
  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $90 – $110/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 20hr/week - long-term

THE OPPORTUNITY

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Thresholds smart contracts
  • Design and implement peripheral mechanisms to the Thresholds protocol
  • Take ownership of all our infrastructure and ensure all the systems operate efficiently and securely
  • Implement and maintain integrations with other Thresholds stack
  • Follow best coding practices when developing.
  • Actively communicate with the team during development processes.
  • Excitedly pick up other technology stacks such as Rust as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and releasing production gradeA deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine
  • Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, basic cryptography and user privacy is a bonus.
  • Love for DeFi innovation :)
