Kiln is hiring a
Solutions Engineer (Blockchain)

Compensation: $82k - $150k estimated

Location: European Union

Permanent full-time role - London or Paris or remote from Western EU

As Solutions Engineer for Kiln, you will join our Global Sales organization while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Kiln’s Sales team to demonstrate technical possibilities and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners

  • Quickly achieve technical expertise of Kiln’s technology

  • Understand customer and partner requirements and communicate how Kiln can solve their business and technical challenges

  • Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation

  • Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users' and partners' technical teams

  • Report monthly and quarterly results to the CRO

Requirements:

  • Experience with REST APIs

  • Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or JavaScript

  • Proven customer-facing experience in the web3 / cryptocurrency sectors

  • Native or perfectly fluent in English

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with UK & EMEA financial/crypto regulations

  • Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage company

  • Experience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, and/or API-based products

Soft skills:

  • Excellent presentation skills

    • Able to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences

    • Communicate with tech teams (bringing the needs of customers)

  • Proactive and organized

  • Detail-oriented

  • Curious
