The Role
We’re looking for a connector and a trusted partner who can help us find and attract the brightest talent in Web3.
Your role will be to build the teams that power Trilitech’s impact from engineers and product thinkers to commercial and creative talent, making every hire count. It’s not just filling roles, but shaping one of the most innovative ecosystems.
You’ll drive the full recruitment process end to end, from crafting briefs and sourcing exceptional candidates to guiding them through the journey and closing in a competitive ecosystem. The role is predominately hands on delivery focused but we also look for that curiosity to constantly seek improvements in our recruitment processes and brand through insights and data.

What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers across tech, product, and go-to-market teams to deeply understand their needs and help define what great looks like.
Lead full-cycle recruitment: from writing compelling briefs and sourcing exceptional talent, to guiding candidates and stakeholders through every stage of the process.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to uncover diverse and high-calibre talent in Web3 and beyond.
Champion an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and ambition.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering data-driven insights, market knowledge, and clear communication to influence decisions.
Collaborate with People and Brand teams to strengthen Trilitech’s presence in the Web3 talent community and showcase what makes us unique.
Continuously refine our processes, using feedback and metrics to raise the bar on speed, quality, and impact.
What you’ll need
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent partner within Web3, ideally across one or more of tech, product, or go-to-market functions.
A track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer with a focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Strong sourcing capability, with the creativity and persistence to find talent across multiple channels and communities.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust up to senior leadership level
Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and genuine curiosity about emerging technology, culture, and talent trends.
A proactive, resourceful approach and the drive to make things happen in a fast-moving environment.
