About the Role

The Head of Growth is responsible for expanding the B2C business of PDAX and will lead the management of products under the traditional finance and cryptocurrency categories. He/she will manage and grow the retail business through relevant product launches and portfolio management with P&L accountability.

General Responsibilities

• Identify business growth opportunities, increase PDAX’s user base and usage through new market and product expansion
• Build a strong business model realized by the product features, financial structure, value proposition, consumer experience and offtake programs
• Partner with the Marketing Team for Go To Market plans
• Lead strategic and commercially viable business partnerships to support product development
• Lead cross functional teams and work with internal stakeholders to achieve financial, operational, technical, commercial and regulatory compliance success
• Deliver business targets of products managed via strategies and programs founded on strong insights and data analysis

Qualifications

• College graduate
• With strong understanding of digital assets / cryptocurrencies
• Knowledge on trading cryptocurrencies, equities, or forex
• At least 10 years of cumulative working experience in Banking/Finance, Fintech, Telco or equivalent industries handling B2C
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
