Team Introduction

Marketing operations describe the people, processes, and technology that power a business’s overall marketing strategy and increase chances of success. The people involved in marketing operations build a foundation that reinforces and supports marketing efforts. It makes it easier to achieve goals by implementing systems to ensure marketers are best equipped to succeed at their jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions for implementing and/or enhancing customer engagement technologies, including marketing and CRM automation platforms, marketing analytics and BI solutions, merch sales, content, asset, and web3 management tools
  • Drive efforts to integrate 3rd party and internal tools for new and existing technology solutions from evaluation to implementation
  • Collaborate closely with all teams, marketing, and international counterparts to deliver global solutions
  • Gather detailed business and web3 research and develop product and platform use cases in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, demand generation, merch, product teams, etc.) for feature and product enhancements
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support our organization which is scaling at a rapid pace
  • Develop training and resource materials for existing communication tools highlighting best practices and opportunities for efficiency
  • Provide day-to-day support to the global marketing team
  • Support day-to-day activities for different internal stakeholders
  • Go-to-person for technical questions from the wider marketing team
  • Training overall growth team on new processes and technologies

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Based on the needs of the business and market represented, this position could involve the oversight of internal or third-party PR, marketing managers, vendors, and/or social media specialists.

Requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting and people management skills
  • Reviewing, assessing, resolving and reporting of complex data-related issues
  • Ability to manage data activities and priorities across multiple partners
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate client-centric recommendations and influence decisions based on data and insights
  • Personable with an excitement for learning, open to new experience and challenges in a fast-paced business environment
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn the environment of crypto, gaming, web3 and tech
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects
  • Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Can work with some degree of flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to travel Internationally as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position performs the majority of duties remotely or in-person as needed
  • This position requires marketing to operate in different time zones as needed
