Mission: Own growth from presale → TGE → post-launch using memetic storytelling, performance marketing, and community ignition—all text-first, no on-camera/voice requirements.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Funnels
- Build and optimize presale → TGE → retention funnels     (traffic, conversion, cohort retention).
 - Plan and run stage-based scarcity campaigns (countdowns, price steps, “last chance” pushes).
Content & Lore
- Evolve the meme/lore and ship daily: tweets/threads, memes, short-form text scripts, dev logs.
- Maintain an editorial calendar tied to milestones (stage caps, listings, partnerships).
Community & KOLs (Async)
- Recruit and brief micro-KOLs; set performance-based deals with unique links/codes.
- Run text-based activations: raids, meme contests, quests, leaderboard challenges.
Retention & CRM
- Segment broadcasts (new leads, buyers, whales). Automate drips for stage endings, cart-abandons, and re-engagement.
CRO & Analytics
- A/B test landing pages, hooks, creatives. Own UTMs and attribution across paid/KOL/organic.
- Keep a living experiment log; report daily/weekly metrics.
Your Background
- 3–5 years in growth/marketing for Web3 or consumer products; shipped at least one launch with real KPIs.
- Proven with X + Telegram growth loops; can brief or make memes/short-form text assets.
- Comfortable running KOL programs with performance tracking and payouts.
- Data-driven: dashboards, UTMs, and experiment cadence are second nature.
- Nice to have: On-chain analytics (Dune/Nansen), basic design/video chops (for briefing), launchpad/CEX/DEX coordination.
How We Work (No Face/Voice)
- 100% async, text-only: threads, written updates, battlecards, and Notion docs.
- Public engagement through posts, replies, raids, and written AMAs (question boxes), not live audio/video.
Compensation
- Competitive base + performance bonus tied to KPI targets.
- Optional token allocation with vesting.
- Fully remote; prefer ~4 hours overlap with Europe/London.
What do brand marketers do?
Brand marketers are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a brand or product
This includes researching target audiences, identifying key messages and positioning, and developing promotional materials such as ads, social media posts, and websites
Brand marketers also work to build and maintain the reputation and image of the brand, often through public relations and customer service efforts
They may also be responsible for tracking and analyzing market trends, as well as measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Overall, the main responsibility of a brand marketer is to increase brand awareness and sales, and to create a positive perception of the brand among customers
This involves a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and data analysis.
