ABOUT MOVIMENTUM:

From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 20 members from all over the world in less than 2 years.

With Web3 experts who have worked at companies like Immutable and Beam, and now collaborating with top brands in the space like Bitget, we believe our values and culture are what set us apart.

Whether it's creating content, communicating with teammates, or executing strategy, we pay attention to every detail.

Above all, we value the drive to grow, both personally and professionally.

Growth through communication and honest feedback, creating a place where everyone is committed to pushing each other to be better every day.

THE ROLE:

As an SMM you will start by writing social media content, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and narratives in the Web3 space, and ensuring that each post aligns with both the audience's interests and the client's vision.

As you grow with us, your role will expand into project management, where you'll take a leadership position, overseeing a team of social media managers and coordinating content strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Manager:

  • Create compelling social media content, maintaining consistency with the project’s tone of voice and messaging.
  • Effectively manage the project’s content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to request and refine visuals.
  • Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.
  • Proactively communicate with the team.

Project Manager

  • Lead and manage a team of Social Media Managers and Graphic Designers, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients through written updates and meetings.
  • Develop and execute content strategies based on the vision and characteristics of the project.
  • Overview content planning, using project management tools, ensuring that deadlines are met with the needs of the project.
  • Create and manage KOL campaigns.
  • Perform an internal weekly touchbase, presenting insights, showcasing key metrics and areas of improvement of the projects you’re working on.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience working for Web3 marketing agencies or Web3 native projects
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively using time blocking and project management tools.
  • Proactivity and adaptability.
  • Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work weekends, and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
  • Studies in related fields or training through courses or books on these topics.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Remote position with flexible schedule.
  • An ever-evolving environment where personal and professional growth is at the forefront of what we do every day.
  • A place where open communication and feedback are valued over hard skills.
  • A team of driven and passionate people who are always willing to go the extra mile to help their teammates.
  • An environment where proactivity and a willingness to learn and grow are valued and rewarded.

What do brand marketers do?

Brand marketers are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a brand or product

This includes researching target audiences, identifying key messages and positioning, and developing promotional materials such as ads, social media posts, and websites

Brand marketers also work to build and maintain the reputation and image of the brand, often through public relations and customer service efforts

They may also be responsible for tracking and analyzing market trends, as well as measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Overall, the main responsibility of a brand marketer is to increase brand awareness and sales, and to create a positive perception of the brand among customers

This involves a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and data analysis.
