- Experience working closely with senior leadership, founders, or executive teams to align external messaging with company strategy
- Strong ability to communicate complex or sensitive topics clearly, accurately, and professionally to diverse external audiences
- Excellent executive presence, with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in front of cameras and live audiences
