After launches in Spain and Belgium, our next stop is Italy. And that’s where you come in.

Over the next two years, we aim to support more than 200,000 European crypto investors. Once we have secured leadership in crypto taxation across Europe, our next chapter will be to expand into crypto wealth management.

The Role

We’re looking for a Country Launcher to lead Waltio’s first steps in Italy. Think of it as being the entrepreneur of our Italian expansion: you’ll shape the go-to-market strategy, build key partnerships, and put Waltio on the map as the crypto tax solution in Italy.

What You’ll Drive

  • Put Waltio brand on the Web3 radar in Italy — fast
  • Land 2-5 strategic partnerships with crypto fintech and exchanges
  • Manage the total marketing budget with web 3 influencers or crypto media
  • Spark the first wave of first hundreds of Italian clients
  • Make sure our product feels at home in Italy — compliant and user-friendly
  • Lay the groundwork for a long-term presence with an Italian Customer Care Specialist joing

How You’ll Do It

  • Strategy & Insights: shape the market entry approach, track what works, and adjust quickly
  • Business Development: open doors, close partnerships, and leverage your network
  • Localization & Compliance: guide adaptations for Italian users and share regulatory insights
  • Ecosystem Building: represent Waltio in the Italian Web3 space, from meetups to media

Who You Are

  • You’ve launched or scaled tech products / project in Italy before, preferably in Web3
  • You have a good knowledge of crypto industry (local exchanges or influencer or web 3 tax & accountant) — and know how to connect with them
  • You have some marketing experience (SEO, partnership, influencer marketing)
  • You’re entrepreneurial, results-driven, and love building from scratch
  • You speak Italian and English fluently
  • You’re based in Italy and understand the market inside out
