Responsibilities:

    • Organize Offline Events (Minimum of 3 Per Month)
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events majorly in Tier-2 cities in the region;
    • Strategically leverage meet-ups to grow the region’s Telegram channels by ensuring attendees join to further increase their engagement with the brand;
    • Leverage offline events to acquire affiliates by introducing the program during events;
    • Ensure all logistics of the events are managed efficiently, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event management;
    • Co-ordinate feedback collection from the community members in each city where meet-ups are held;

    • Organize Campus Workshops (Minimum of 3 Per Month)
    • Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions to conduct workshops and seminars.

Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminology and trends and have a liking for crypto culture;
    • Excitement about the crypto industry, Binance and working with people;
    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc…);
    • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to adjust strategies with the team as needed;
    • Strong partnership development skills, with references to show.
