Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze cardholder dispute claims, gather evidence, and communicate with users to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve disputes within regulatory deadlines and identify potential fraud.
  • Support compliance by monitoring merchant activity, analyzing data, and escalating suspicious patterns to protect the ecosystem.
  • Assist in resolving critical card and pay program queries, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead process improvements, document SOPs, and perform operational tasks to enhance Pay & Card service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with experience or interest in payments, card operations, or compliance preferred.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of documenting processes and driving continuous improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, or related fields.
