Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify user KYC applications, mainly from foreign users, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with local requirements.
- Check documents (passport, ID, proof of address, selfie, etc.) for completeness, visibility, and data consistency.
- Handle user inquiries related to KYC submission, document rejection, or verification status via chat or ticket.
- Escalate suspicious or unclear cases to KYC Analyst / AML / Compliance per SOP.
- Maintain verification turnaround time and accuracy targets while upholding data-privacy standards.
- Coordinate with CS, AML, and Tech teams to resolve blocked or pending applications.
- Provide feedback on recurring document issues or UX pain points to improve the KYC flow and user experience.
- Participate in system testing or process updates when verification rules or templates change.
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English; able to read and verify foreign IDs/passports confidently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate when reviewing user data and documents.
- Good understanding of customer support and verification process - no deep AML investigation required.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and performing repetitive review tasks with consistency.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and integrity in handling user data.
