You'll be responsible for supporting the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance team in the development of scoring grid models and strategic automated models and tactical tools. 

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage of (AML) scoring grid models
• Provide support for the development and automation of KPI and tactical tools for compliance team 
• Responsible for the data extraction necessary for the models and tactical tools that you’ll developDrive the development of core modules with data-driven strategy to maximize the impact
• Provide recommendations and implement data-driven initiatives aiming to reduce overall financial crime risk exposure
• Contribute to transversal strategic initiatives 
• Build key data visualizations/dashboards to top management

Requirements

• Top-ranking engineering schools or Master of Science / Phd in Machine Learning, or Applied Mathematics
• At least 5 years of relevant modelling experience 
• Strong working experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, Prophet, Moses
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights
• Able to demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skillsAble to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines and be comfortable working in the constantly evolving crypto industry
• Be proactive, curious, self-driven and a fast learner
