Responsibilities:
- Assist the management of Binance Italy with the carrying out of ad-hoc research work, drafting of presentations and briefing documentation (e.g. for pitches, meetings, conferences);
- Analyze clients behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key clients analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key clients service solutions;
- Monitor and report to the management of Binance Italy on active business activities;
- Scouting for clients and assisting them in onboarding and in ongoing operations;
- Working closely with different teams (e.g. Operation, Business, Product, Marketing etc.) to develop analyses that lead to the establishment of business relationships or product insights.
Requirements:
- Master degree from a reputable University in BA, finance and economics;
- 1 or 2 years working experience in similar roles and/or consultancy services function;
- Financial background in banking and financial services/products;
- Advanced with common analysis and presentation tools, such as Excel and Powerpoint. Any other Data Analysis tool knowledge is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt and to be flexible in a variety of situations;
- Excellent relationship maintenance qualities as well as able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Passionate about crypto and driven to learn more in the blockchain space;
- Italian native. Fluent in English is a must.
