IT Internship
- Maintain and support BitGo's employees in resolving problems with desktops, printers, video conferencing in a Mac and Linux environment
- Manage the repair of broken or defective laptops, printers or other hardware required
- Manage the operations and maintenance of conferencing systems
- Document support and operations processes
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Manage Yubikey inventory and ensure proper use for IT resources
- Help manage and maintain BitGo networking and wifi setup
- Help manage and maintain the BitGo ansible workstation-config
Requirements
- Familiaritywith various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other languages
