Project Management

• Empower teams to deliver on business objectives by acting as liaison with other teams and ensuring that project delivery is carried out according to the defined scope, plan and timeline.
• Carry out appropriate tracking and monitoring throughout the implementation and post successful completion.
• Help the team to prepare product launch justification for consideration by ExCo and track approvals and conditions.
• Work closely with legal counsel, advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure planned activities are compliant and within scope of granted licenses.

Product Management

• Escalate issues to the appropriate member of the Brokerage team.
• Strengthen day to day processes, ensuring internal awareness of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate work between relevant departments for product launches and changes to existing product suite.
• Identify areas of change to existing product suite and evaluate financial and operational impact of proposed changes for consideration by team head.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Support to provide required product information and education for clients.

Product Evaluation

• Produce/oversee regular reports on the day to day performance of the platform.
• Regularly evaluate product performance through objective tests.
• Closely monitor new products and product change performance.
