The team is working on digital products across the entire blockchain ecosystem and we are looking for designers that want to shape the future of the industry.

We’re looking for a UX Designer to collaborate with product management and design to envision creative solutions to craft BitMEX’s product experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and design across all of our products and platforms i.e. Web, iOS, and Android
• Drive a holistic user-centered design process from user research both qualitative and quantitative, can educate stakeholders the value of data-driven decision making
• Explore user behavior and create user stories, journey maps, and flows to optimize the user experience across business goals, cost, time, and quality effectively
• Provide ux strategies that flexibly respond to rapid changes in the blockchain industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years building and shipping high quality consumer facing products
• Strong communication skills in articulating design choices
• Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
• Listen to users and develop intuitive product strategies
• Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design Strategy, Human Factors, or equivalentwould be a bonus
• Passionate about the blockchain industry
