Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a fresh graduate to support and enhance Workday, the Finance and HR Information System that maintains all our employee data. This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for junior HR/finance/IT graduates wishing to work on one of the largest global HRIS at one of the fastest-growing crypto derivatives trading platforms, as well as managing accounting and financial systems.

*This role will sit 50/50 on the HR and Finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall systems planning and control, process design and review, master data maintenance
• Update project status to key stakeholders and management, propose changes in project scope, timeline, or plans if necessary
• Partner with all internal teams (including in-house HR and finance team) as well as external consultants for workflow set up and system implementation
• Generate and maintain documentation of system process flows and user manuals
• Support and manage enhancement requests from users:
• Document and analyse all enhancement requests,
• Accept or drop the requests with rationale,
• Design the enhancement from scratch,
• Conduct comprehensive testing,
• Manage the deployment of enhancement to Production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Strong attention to detail, team player and strong interpersonal skills, work effectively under pressure
• We'd love to see: 1+ years of Workday experience, certified in Workday Financial Core or HCM Core.
