Your mission
Bitpanda is on the lookout for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to oversee our ambitious hyperautomation and process innovation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the orchestrator of our digital overhaul, coordinating closely with Process Excellence experts and our dedicated Hyperautomation team to redefine and streamline our operations.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate digital transformation projects, emphasizing collaboration with Process Excellence and Hyperautomation teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with Bitpanda's strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and impact measurement.
- Champion change management processes, preparing the organization for the digital shifts and fostering an adaptive culture.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure the effective adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
Who you are
- Experienced in coordinating digital transformation projects, with a keen understanding of hyperautomation and process redesign.
- Proficient in bridging the gap between technical experts and business needs, ensuring project success.
- Adept in project management methodologies, capable of navigating complex project landscapes.
