Responsibilities
-
- Collaborates with team to build UX artifacts and tools (personas, user flows, user journeys, ect.) heading into UX workshops.
- Facilitate workshops with colleagues from all disciplines. Exemplify strategic, customer-centric decision making, and be a champion of UX principles.
- Collect data and consumer insights, found throughout the organization and from analytic research. With priorities in KPIs in mind leverage data to support and validate UX approach.
- Confidently present UX findings and help the user experience team align their direction with their organization’s business plan, delivered by the product owner and business owners.
Participate in testing products with the product team. - Confidently analyze quantitative and qualitative user research testing to formulate UX plans. Iterate on already set hypothesis, always adjusting based on learnings.
- Lead content strategy deliverables based on the products strategic architecture results-driven interactions and site metrics. Write functional or interaction specs when the project requires them.
- Be able to assist or show how to make updates or entries in a CMS environment.
- Assist with building strategic plans for digital products, within the build and marketing phases.
- Help the team through how to execute these plans with a consumer-first mindset while hitting business set KPIs.
- Be at the forefront of the latest emerging trends and industry developments for the website, device usage habits, social, search, eCRM, rich media, display, etc., and be an active participant in agency-wide knowledge sharing.
Experience

- Expert knowledge of UX principles and tools
- Expert in best practices used in the market and transitioning them forward into projects
- Confident in UX strategy and able to facilitate workshops with colleagues from a range of disciplines
- Exemplifies the ability to do UX strategy work with a consumer first mindset and create solutions based on business strategy and needs
- Ability to conduct, design and analyze user experience and usability testing, incorporating testing best practices
- High level of understanding of information architecture, user experience, and content strategy
- Working knowledge and work-related experience for Lean Kanban or Agile Scrum workflow methodologies
- Expert level experience preparing presentations and presenting to key stakeholders and the fortitude to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong experience with analytics tools
- Background in all types of digital experiences, including mobile, tablet and responsive web design
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, while being organized
