Web3 Sr. PHP Developer [Remote]

• JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
• LOCATION: Remote - United States (TimeZone: Eastern Time Zone hours | Full day overlap)
• HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $100-$120/hr
• ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - long-term, ongoing project

It is a requirement to be a US citizen living in the US for this position.

A week in the life at our company:

• Start the day with a quick standup.
• Dive into a mix of pair or solo programming, depending on the task at hand.
• Take time for lunch and breaks.
• Sign off and recharge at the end of the work day.
• Finish the week with a team retrospective.
• Cross collaborate with product managers and designers.
• Own your calendar: spend most of your time coding instead of in meetings, join the activities that interest you.
• Join engineering craft workshops where you’ll share ideas and get exposed to new techniques.
• Mentor others in your areas of expertise.
• Take time to study new methods, technologies, or other areas of interest.
