As an Application Security Support, you will play a role in supporting and guiding our users in adhering to our DevSecOps standards. This role requires you to be proactive to ask the right questions and be patient with our internal users.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining the onboarding workflows for new users.
  • Assist in security administration activities including but not limited to access control, platform maintenance, troubleshooting of issues, handle enquiries from internal users etc.
  • Provide security key (Yubikey) support to internal users including but not limited to troubleshooting of issues, new systems integration process, documentation etc.
  • Keep up with new features in our existing security platforms and evaluate their usefulness to our organization.
  • Communicate with internal users to ensure they have completed their onboarding tasks and collect feedback for improvements. Follow up with users to resolve issues during onboarding.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on IT operations experience in a fast paced working environment. Having experience with SAST, DAST and SCA tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Yubikey support and debugging.
  • Have a mindset to automate workflows to reduce toil.
  • Experience with support ticket management.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Capable of scripting automation if required.
  • Working in a well-organized team and be able to learn how to protect an Enterprise and ship secure applications at a fast pace
