Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks to the organization
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, and SOC2
• Maintain incident response and business continuity plans
• Participate in security incident investigations and incident response efforts
• Create and deliver security awareness training to employees
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security risks are effectively managed
• Monitor security industry trends and evaluate new technologies to improve security posture
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Work experience with big 4 or similar firms is desired
• 3-5 years of experience in information security, risk management, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks and regulations
• Experience with incident response and investigations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications is a plus
