Web3 Institutional Sales Executive (NYC)

Impact

We are looking to hire an Institutional Sales Executive. This individual will mentor the sales team & drive success across the segment. This role will be responsible for working with large complex clients, constantly raising the bar for success, and continuously establishing strong customer relationships, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's institutional client base
  • Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
  • Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver excellent client satisfaction
  • Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives
  • Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly & effectively relay a value proposition
  • Able to handle large complex clients
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
  • At least 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm
  • Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services,
  • An extreme passion for the crypto space
