About You

Exciting opportunity to join Galaxy’s growing Talent Acquisition team, working in tandem with the rest of the People team, to help expand and shape the future of the Early Careers team at Galaxy. You will be a key player in engineering a new economic paradigm, through sourcing and acquiring top early career talent in Crypto. You will sit in our New York office, focused on supporting open early careers roles across the firm, and will report into the Head of Early Careers. Handshake, Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.

On a given day at Galaxy, you will:

• Source early careers candidates for a wide range of open roles across the firm
• Proactively work with student organizations and career services offices to promote Summer and Full-Time Analyst opportunities
• Coordinate and streamline candidate interviews
• Provide an A+ candidate experience and seamless internal processes
• Support programming and events for Summer Analysts
• Assist with the execution of a diversity recruiting strategy

You’ve worked hard for:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in People/HR or related field
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

• Scheduling a high volume of interviews
• Providing a positive candidate experience
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and nonverbal
• Strong project management skills
