ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team at LayerZero, where you'll help us continue to scale our growing team and processes. This role will report to Joanna, and together, you will ensure our team members have a positive experience.

Our team leaves egos at the door, works hard, has big ambitions, and is passionate about what we do. We expect the same from you.

The working environment is fast-paced with plenty of ambiguity, change, and odd hours. You have to be okay with that as we continue to grow and mature as an organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Coordinator, you will be involved in all aspects of talent management:

• Employee programs (onboarding, engagement, professional development, etc.)
• Global mobility and relocation
• HR systems administration
• HR policies and procedures
• Group benefits administration
• Payroll
• HR analytics

ABOUT YOU

Whether you're just starting your HR journey, or have been on this path for a while, we'd love to learn more about your background and experience! In order to be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable taking initiative and extrapolating from incomplete data. Regardless of your current knowledge about the Web3 space, you should be curious about learning more and researching topics that you're unfamiliar with. You will need to solve problems while being restricted by traditional tools, so your creativity and innovative thinking will be a great asset.
